This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this website. It will notify you of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the website, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing 
We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order or service support. Onsra USA is an official distributer of Onsra electric skateboards, based in Switzerland. Onsra USA and Onsra may share customer information regarding sales, warranty and support issues.

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

Your Access to and Control Over Information 
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email,

  • See what data we have about you, if any.
  • Change/correct any data we have about you.
  • Have us delete any data we have about you.
  • Express any concern you have about our use of your data. 

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.

Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a lock icon in the address bar and looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the Web page.

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

We request information from you on our order form. To buy from us, you must provide contact information (like name and shipping address) and financial information (like credit card number, expiration date). This information is used for billing purposes and to fill your orders. If we have trouble processing an order, we'll use this information to contact you.

We use "cookies" on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor's computer or device to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

Warranty Summary

Please note that we have to receive a video showing the product problems so that we can process the tech support request. Only video proof can work which is very important for us to figure out the component defects. Due to the expensive cost of electric skateboard shipment, we will first attempt to provide instructions to our customers to fix the board and ship them the necessary components. If this is not possible, the board will need to be shipped to the Onsra USA support center.

Here at ONSRA USA, we warranty our products to be free of manufacturing defects for 360-days from date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, wheel, or any damage, failure or loss caused by improper assembly, maintenance, storage or mis-use.

ONSRA USA is not liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage due directly or indirectly to the use of this product.

For your records, we recommend you save your original sales receipt with your ONSRA GmbH product manual and write the serial number directly on your product manual for reference.

The Warranty is non-transferable.

What is covered under warranty?

The Limited Warranty covers the deck, trucks, battery, ESC, motors, remote controller, and the charger from any manufacturing defects for 12 months from the date of purchase. The 24 month warranty covers the same items. After your warranty period has ended, you will be charged a service fee. The remote control and lithium battery can be replaced only if they haven’t been disassembled or tampered with. 

What is NOT covered under warranty?

    • Wheels / Bearings / Bushings / Grip Tape are considered wear and tear items and will not be covered.
    • Damage caused by improper use, improper maintenance, or improper storage.
    • Any damage outside of normal use, including impacts, crashing, etc.
    • Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or disassembling of the product.
    • Damage or injury to the rider or other objects caused by the skateboard or it's accessories.
    • Normal battery degradation from use.
    • Motor stall and overweight usage.
    • Irresistible force (fire, flood, earthquake, etc.)
    • Used in a manner other than for recreation or transportation.

Who Pays for Shipping?

If your product is covered under warranty, shipping within the continental US will be free of charge. If it is not covered under the warranty period, the user must pay for shipping. For international orders, customers need to pay for the shipping fee within or not within the warranty period.

We recommend that you ship your ONSRA, insured for the retail value, via US Priority Mail, FedEx, or UPS and keep your tracking number for future reference. ONSRA USA will take responsibility for all packages that are signed for and received at our Returns Facility. Please contact your shipping service for packages that do not make it to our facility. 

**Items sold on that are not the ONSRA brand have their own unique manufacturer’s warranty and the ONSRA warranty does not apply.


Returns Summary

We want you to love your ONSRA. If you are having doubts, we want to make it right. You may return most new, unopened, unused items within 10 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs. If you need to return an item, please contact us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order. Buyer will be responsible for shipping cost. If it is broken or has small problems when we receive it, we will provide evidence and charge an appropriate service fee because it prohibits us from directly selling the product again. If the item is unused/new but outside of the 10 day window, a 10% return fee is removed from the refund. After 60 days, no product can be returned for a refund.
